CJ Stafford, President, began her communications company after spending
20 years at Johnson & Johnson. Leveraging her customer service knowledge
with her deep understanding of scientific and regulatory issues, she
brings unique programs to the industry.
Our staff members are high-level customer care consultants who have
healthcare, nutrition and marketing backgrounds. We are consumer affairs
professionals, writers and trainers with public relations, direct-to-consumer
and healthcare professional marketing expertise.
Stafford Communications consists of three companies developed to support
and complement one another: Stafford Communications Group, Inc.,
Premiere Response, LLC and Quality & Compliance Specialists, Inc. Our
unique call center, Premiere Response, LLC, provides high-level response
services including inbound call handling, email and web chat to support
your most important customers. Quality and Compliance Specialists, Inc.,
assesses vendors for their ability to meet your Corporate and FDA standards
for quality, compliance, data security and business continuity. The companies
have common management, similar philosophies and offer complementary
services. We are unique in our combined offering of high-level
response services with customer service consulting.
